How does term life insurance work?
With term life insurance, your beneficiaries will receive a benefit in the event that you pass away during the policy term. Like other forms of life insurance, the policy will be in force as soon as you’re approved and begin paying your premiums.

Do I qualify for term life insurance?
If you’re in good health, you more than likely do! That being said, you should still be able to qualify with pre-existing health problems, although your premium may be a bit higher. And with some term life policies being simplified issue, you won’t need a medical exam to qualify for those.
When should I buy term life insurance?
The younger and healthier you are, the cheaper your rates will be. So apply as soon as possible to lock in the lowest premium you can for yourself.
